Let’s get together for a Midsummer Picnic! We have a lovely setting at Antioch Park, shelter 3, and we’ll have the Scandinavian Dancers for entertainment and group dancing fun at 5 pm.

• 4 - 8 pm, dancers start at 5 pm

• 6501 Antioch Road, Shelter 3, Merriam, KS, 66202

• Each group of people brings its own picnic food, no alcohol - park rules

• Bring blankets and/or chairs for picnicking on the lawn

• 2 Grills available but attendees must bring their own charcoal

There will be hiking, a playground for kids, rose garden and lake. The SAKC has reserved Shelter 3 at Antioch Park for June 26. Bring your own picnic and a blanket or chairs if you prefer sitting on the lawn outside the shelter.
We are abiding by CDC recommendations so we have a few rules we want to put in place for the safety of all attendees.

• Masks required if you are close to someone not of the same household

• Masks required for dancing

• We’ll have a bottle of hand sanitizer available
